WebTV users should experience very few, if any problems.  Most problems will be experienced by users with the 33.6Kbps modem version.  This will cause pages to load very slowly and sometimes drop off before they complete.  As far as software updates go, WebTV has a convenient auto-update feature that keeps you running the latest version of their software.
