To access the Netscape settings, select the "Edit" menu, then "Preferences".

Please ensure that you have the following options selected (or unselected!)

In "Mail & Newsgroups" go to "Disk Space".  Make sure "Do Not Store Messages Locally That Are Larger Than" is UNchecked, and "Keep All Messages" is checked.

Next, in "Advanced", make sure that the following are checked:

"Automatically Load Images"

"Enable Java"

"Enable JavaScript"

"Enable JavaScript for mail and news"

"Enable Style Sheets"

Then, in "Cache", make sure that "Every Time" is checked.  This will guarantee that you see the latest hilarious version every time!
